Chad Lost 60 Pounds!Hi Brad,
With "Eat Stop Eat" I was able to completely overhaul myentire diet (eating whole foods, lean meats and limitedprocessed foods), as well as eat smaller portion sizes andhow to tell when I wasn’t hungry anymore. I also foundcertain foods that irritated my stomach and was able to getrid of them, and now feel physically better than I ever have.
When I work out, I don't feel weak or drained. My energy leveland strength has not decreased and my workouts are just asgood if not better than before (I can now do wide grip pullups). I also find that my mood isn't affected, I don't get lightheaded or any of the common symptoms people believehappen when you fast.
Right now I fast Tuesday after supper until Wednesday 24hours later, as well as Friday after supper until Saturday 24hours later. I no longer even think about fasting I can just tellmyself I'm not eating for the next 24 hours and it's done. Idon't find myself feeling like I have to make up for lostcalories and overeat during the rest of the week and it shows.
I went from 245lbs in the middle of July to 185 lbs todayNovember 7th. Only about 3 and a half months and 60lbs!!!"Eat Stop Eat" helped me to throw out my bad habits and myaddiction to eating and over eating, and adopt a real balanceddiet I never thought I would be able to do.
Thanks for all of the work and insight

Eat Stop Eat has been an absolute revelation! After years of trying to follow all the generally accepted 'rules' for fat loss, inconsistent as they are, I found I had hit a plateau, or really a brick wall, where I felt I was doing all I 'should' be doing but just not getting the awesome results I'd like.
I was getting OK results, don't get me wrong, but I wanted to look as fit as I felt, which just wasn't happening! I was also getting sick and tired of trying to eat all the bloody time in order to achieve results that were not forthcoming. As soon as I read Eat Stop Eat I realized how crazy the concept of eating all the time is, but how vested financial interests make it accepted and therefore truth.
I started pretty much straight away and really enjoyed, (yes, enjoyed!) my first fast! I felt great, loads of energy, loads of extra time - I got so much done it was crazy.
OK now Down to the results - I have finally lost the few lingering pounds that were stopping me from feeling really good about myself. I've literally been feeling like I've been taking a supplement that actually works, although I'm not taking anything at all (I have tried a good many and nothing has ever felt like its done anything except take my cash and flush it down the drain...).
I've gained muscle definition like never before and the layer of fat that was covering it all has been noticeably disappearing! I am looking forward to getting down to under 140 pounds over the next couple of months - a full 14 pounds off my previous 'good' weight of 155 pounds!!
I really didn't think I'd ever be there, but now it really is on the horizon! And all I have to do is nothing, not bad, eh?
So thanks Brad, for freeing me from OCE! And of course, for freeing me of those extra pounds!

Eat Stop Eat has been an absolute revelation! After years of trying to follow all the generally Brad,
I remember the first thing I thought of when I heard about Eat Stop Eat was “there is no way I can do that. There is no way I can go 24 hours without eating”.
The other day I had cereal at 6:30 am and then a protein bar at 10:00 am and then I was absolutely starving at 11:30 am. How could I make it 24 hours?
Turns out, it’s pretty easy. My fasting days are my most productive. I am not as hungry today as I was that day after eating twice in the morning. I noticed that in the book you say that people make about 200 choices about food everyday, which I totally agree with. I could not believe how much free time I have now on my fasting days. The biggest problem I had on my first day of fasting was not that I was too hungry, but I was too bored. I was not sure what to do with all my time. I made sure the second time fasting that I had more planned that day.
Something else I have noticed is that I have an easier time focusing on work and I have more energy for working out than I thought I would have during my fasting days. I had a hard time getting focused on work after coming back from lunch. I often felt drowsy after lunch and would have difficulty reading and writing. On my fasting days there is no drowsy feeling.
Making the choice to not eat is easier than any other dieting plan I have tried. I have found it easier to fast then to not order what I want every time I go to a restaurant or making my self go to the gym and work out hard. Fasting is one statement I make at the beginning of the day “I am not eating today” and the rest is easy.
This is my second fast and I am looking forward to my third so I can get more done at work again. This book has really changed how I look at my desire to eat and what is necessary for my body. I look forward to fasting to be apart of my life from now on.
Sincerely,

Hi Brad!
Since retiring from my career as a figure competitor last summer, I had been on a quest to achieve a normal, healthy lifestyle.
After four years of constant weighing, measuring and counting everything I put in my mouth, I was burnt out. I was going in for minor surgery and was looking for some reading material to keep me occupied during my post op recovery. Thats when I stumbled upon Eat Stop Eat.
I started reading the book in the waiting room and before my name was called, I had devoured the entire book. So many of the theories that I had blindly believed (and preached) for years on end were scientifically disproved...I felt the "lightbulb over my head" the entire time I was reading.
I'm just starting my third week on this program, and it has been painless, there is no weighing, no measuring and best of all no guilt associated with eating what I wanted.
Eat Stop Eat teaches you how to plan your fasts strategically for maximum benefit with minimum pain. I actually look forward to my fasting days now. Its like a mini challenge twice per week.
Finally, I have found a program that I do not have to put any thought, counting or effort into its just, EASY!
Thank you!
